The way we treat breast cancer now days by just removing growths has not reduced the number of people dying of the disease. The modern medical approach with their harsh treatments has not solved the cancer problem. A genuine cure can only be achieved when someone removes the underlying causes of the problem which is the reason why it first grew. Healing breast cancer means learning about it by gaining a little knowledge.
There is a way to become free of Breast Cancer and many people have achieved a cure by making some important changes to the way they live. The way to overcome a diagnosis of breast cancer is with knowledge, especially on its causes because if you remove the original causes of the problem the body will self-heal. There are many people who have this knowledge and it’s an effective way to overcome the disease.
Healing from breast cancer is all about making some changes to a more natural way of living which will strengthen the self-healing powers of the human body which we all have. The human body possesses a superb system of natural defences against all diseases, including breast cancer and it will remove it naturally as long as you help it. By making these changes the cancer won’t return again or spread.
It’s important to realize that breast cancer is not just a disease in the breast but a disease of the entire body. It’s a condition within the body that’s allowed this growth to appear but by removing the growth alone, that doesn’t deal with the condition that first caused it and that’s why it’s likely to return again. The growth in the breast is only the symptom of the problem and our doctors are only attempting to remove these symptoms.
Look at the way we now live with our high consumption of processed foods, and this food is no longer natural. Processed food is degraded or nutritionally dead food because of its processing. It might taste great but that’s because of the sugar, salt or other additives that’s in the food. Our diets have changed over the last few years and we now consume a lot more animal based food and less plant based food and it’s these changes that have brought on a big increase of breast cancer.
Our sedentary lifestyle also has an influence on why there’s so much it. Humans are meant to be physically active and the car, the television set and the labour saving devices we use certainly don’t help us achieve that. The reason we need exercise is that our immune system, which is our self-healing system, needs muscular activity to allow it to function effectively.
Some recommended changes if you are dealing with breast cancer are;
- Eat a plant based diet of mainly alkaline foods as apposed to acid food.
- Incorporate the Budwig protocol which works well with breast cancer.
- Get some vitamin D which you get freely from the sun and that’s without using any sun blocks or suntan lotions.
- Consume fresh juices everyday using carrot, apple and green juices.
- Don’t eat or drink anything that’s been in plastic.
A full list of alkaline and acid foods is easily found on the internet. Also the Joanna Budwig diet can also be found by searching using her name. Green juices are green leafy vegetables such as silver beet or broccoli.
By making changes you are addressing the causes of breast cancer, not just the problem. The reason one gets breast cancer has very little to do with the breasts and that is why the cancer returns with our current treatments today by mainstream medicine, they haven’t addressed the underlying cause; they’ve only attempted to remove the symptom of a problem.
Healing is quicker and more effective if a person takes responsibility for their health and is proactive in the healing process. A change in lifestyle with the correct diet is your first line of defence.
We don’t need money and more research to solve the breast cancer problem because we already have a way to be free of the disease, but that’s only through removing the reasons why it first grew.
